Countdown to FITMAS – Day 14


Take time out on your Sunday to ramp it up on the rowing machine. Challenge yourself to row 5000m and every 500m row as hard as you can for 10 strokes. That amounts to 100 really fast strokes over your distance. Can you handle it?


  • Ensure your technique is tip top. These videos will help you get off to a great start.
