Burpee Pyramid Challenge

  • BurpeesPerform 1 burpee followed by 1 second rest
  • Perform 2 burpees followed by 2 second rest….
  • Carry on…….. 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9,
  • Perform 10 burpees folloewd by 10 second rest
  • Then come back down the pyramid
  • Perform 9 burpees followed by 9 seconds rest…
  • Carry on…….. 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1!
