The most important part of any training is learning the correct technique for each move. When challenging your body with an exercise, you put yourself at risk of injury, especially if you aren’t using the correct form. And if you are just lucky enough not to hurt yourself, the exercise won’t be as beneficial if you’re not doing it right. So, to be safe, make sure you have your form spot on before you start adding more weight or even any weight at all.
