Healthy, Nutritious, Natural?


QUESTION… would you trust a “health product” who’s ingredients included “natural flavouring” and “natural colouring”? I certainly wouldn’t. Remember it its important to know/read what is in the food you buy unless you can buy whole fresh foods (meat, fish, fruits & vegetables) all of the time. If you don’t know what an ingredient is then don’t eat it. Simples
