Did you know many banana chips you can buy from the supermarket contain other unnecessary ingredients and are usually deep fried? Well try making your own….
3 large bananas
Juice of 1 lemon
Peel and slice bananas around 1/4 inch thick.
Space them out on a baking tray lined with grease proof paper.
Brush all banana pieces with lemon juice.
Bake at 90C/200F for 1.5 hours.
Baking time may vary depending on the ripeness of your bananas and your own preference so check them after 1 hour. The longer you leave them the crispier they get but you don’t want tooth breakers!
