Think of something you can start to do this week that will fit in with your usual day to day activities. Maybe you can walk 10 minutes each day before breakfast. Is it possible for you to go out cycling with your family at the weekends? Can you join a local group doing fitness classes. Could you rekindle your love for the swimming pool even one night per week? Would you enjoy a nice walk with your partner after dinner a few nights per week or a longer trek on the weekend?
Whatever you decide make sure it is something you enjoy. And if it’s been a long while since you did anything you class as “exercise” then it might be a good idea to visit your doctor to get a check up and make sure you are ready to fit in some fitness to your weight loss path.
