Top Tip: If you are working late a lot and have no energy or time to cook a good meal when you get home either plan ahead and make up portions of your fave foods to freeze this weekend. Home made ready meals! or… write down 3 meals you know you can prepare from store cupboard ingredients from scratch in under 15 minutes and make sure you always have the cupboard stocked up.
