In under 20 minutes you can be sitting down to a dinner of real healthy lean clean food. This is how I aced dinner this evening.
INGREDIENTS (for 2 people)
2 whole seabass (ask your fishmonger to prepare them for you)
1 extra large carrot chopped into chunks
2 handfuls of green french beans
1 large piece of ginger chopped into matchsticks
1 Tablespoon of Tamari (or Soy Sauce)
1 Teaspoon of toasted sesame oil
Chopped chili, slice of lime and coriander to taste
Bring a large steamer to the boil. While it is heating up you can prepare the veg.
Place seabass on the lower steamer
Place vegetables on the top steamer
Steam everything for 10 minutes.
At this point remove the vegetables to plate up and splash the tamari and sesame oil onto the fish then throw on the ginger, coriander and chili. Allow to steam for 2 more minutes.
Remove fish and add to the plates then squeeze over some lime.
Sit down and ENJOY!
